It is mandatory for all bidders to upload all documents/ supporting for qualification as per Bidders Qualification Criteria (BQC) on n-procure portal. Failing which, Bidder would be disqualified, as Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL) would not entertain any document not uploaded on n-procure portal, at a later date.

From 01.01.2024 onwards, All GGL tenders will be published on New e-Tendering Portal launched by (n)Procure (https://tender.nprocure.com).

Participation in any of the e-Tendering (Electronic Tendering) process is possible ONLY AFTER registering your firm with “(n)Code solutions- a division of GNFC Ltd.

Bidders have to submit the price bid in electronic format only on (n) procure website. Any revisions, corrigendum/addendum if any, to the tender(s), will be hosted on above website only & will not be published in any other media.

Minimum requirement for accessing above referred e-tendering portal is Computer with Windows XP (with min. Service Pack 3) / Vista / 2003 / Win-7.0 (with full Administrative rights); Internet Explorer version 7.0 & above; Legally valid class-3 Digital Signature Certificate. i.e. Separate Certificates-Signing & Encryption and Internet Connection.

No separate registration is required, in case supplier / Contractor is already registered & having Class-III B Digital Signature Certificates and USB Token mentioned above.

GGL reserves the right to cancel and/or alter bidding process at any stage without assigning any reason. GGL also reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids received at its discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
