PNG Bill Payment Options

For Commercial, Non-Commercial and Industrial Customers Only

Kindly contact our local office or customer care center mentioned on your PNG bill to get our bank details allowing you to make electronic payments through your bank account by way of remitting fund using NEFT/RTGS either through your bank branch or through net banking.

For Domestic Customers Only

With effect from 1-Dec-2018, PNG customers will be able to use auto-pay or manual pay facility on net banking only if “Gujarat Gas Limited” is added as a biller using 12 digit customer id. If biller is registered with less than 12 digit customer id, kindly delete your existing registration and add “Gujarat Gas Limited” as a new biller on your net banking using 12 digit customer id mentioned on your gas bill.

NEFT/RTGS through E-CMS

E-CMS facility allows you to make electronic payments through your bank account by way of remitting fund using NEFT/RTGS either through your bank branch or through net banking.

Drop Boxes for Cheque at GGL Offices

You can pay your PNG bill through dropping cheque* at drop box at our office.

Kindly contact our office or customer care center mentioned on PNG bill to get details about drop box locations.

*Note: -
  1. Cheque should be in favor of “Gujarat Gas Limited”
  2. Cheque should NOT be “Post Dated”
  3. Customer ID, Customer Name and mobile number are to be mentioned on back side of cheque

Bill Collection Centers

You can pay your PNG bill through Cheque* or Cash at our authorized bill collection centers.

Kindly refer your PNG bill or contact our office/customer care center to know the nearest bill collection centers.

  2. Cheque should NOT be “Post Dated”
  3. Customer ID, Customer Name and mobile number are to be mentioned on back side of cheque.

Department of Post

Gujarat Gas has tied up with Department of Post (DoP), Gujarat Circle for accepting gas bill collection either through Cheque* or Cash at post offices falling under jurisdiction of following designated Sr. Superintendent of Post Offices (SSPOs) and Superintendent of Post Offices (SPOs):
