Receipt and recording of complaints
Any call reported at company's customer care centre is duly recorded and action taken accordingly. A complaint reference number is allotted to each complaint and the same is required to be quoted it while inquiring about the status of the complaint. Once the complaint is registered, it is classified based on type, nature and category. Once the complaint is registered/logged and categorized, we act immediately.

This involves converting your non-Natural Gas (NG) stove/appliance NG compatible. We offer a onetime stove conversion and it is restricted to two gas stove burners only. Any additional burner conversion is on chargeable basis.
In this category of complaints, all the reported gas leakages, pressure and/or supply problems arising out of network deficiency will be attended to and rectified immediately, free of cost as per the established procedure. The material replacement, as a result of such deficiency beyond the warranty period, shall be on chargeable basis.
