The Board of GGCL has agreed on Statement of Business Principles to guide decisions and standards at GGCL.

 

Fundamentally, it is our corporate values that determine the character of our organisation and these are set out at the beginning of the document. These are the key beliefs that define our corporate philosophy. They demonstrate to those outside, as well as inside the company, the standards that govern the behaviour of GGCL employees. We will be judged by the success in meeting these standards, at all times and under all circumstances.

 

Lastly, the document outlines the assurance mechanism that GGCL has put in place to measure its effectiveness in meeting these standards of conduct. These arrangements make clear the commitment of all of us working in GGCL to meet the high standards we have set for ourselves.

 

We recognise that it is not impossible for any Statement of Business Principles to cover any eventuality, nor should it seek to do so. However, it is always helpful, in a fast-moving business such as ours, to have guidance available to inform decision making.
